Maine OUI Law: 2011 Edition (PDF Download)

The Maine OUI Handbook is a reference book designed specifically for the state of Maine. It is not a how-to or a trial technique book.  It is primarily an attempt to pull together, in one place, citations to and summaries of cases, statutes and rules that are important to issues commonly encountered in OUI practice.

The book addresses these issues in the order in which they are encountered in a typical OUI case.  The first attempt to cover this ground in Maine, the book proves useful comprehensive manual.
