( A Maine Pediatrician's 40-Year Journey )

Glance into the waiting room of Dr. Conner Moore as he shares a memorable journey of a Maine pediatrician in Black Bag to Blackberry.

With nearly a quarter million office visits with children and their families, Dr. Moore bestows integrity, appreciation and a little humor in a compelling, heartfelt story of real life growing pains.

Many doctor's biographies are often told in fictionalized form with the names of the patients changed. In this memoir, all parents and children have given kind permission and trust to use their names and stories.

Dr. Moore writes about his heroes- those who care for chronically ill children. They include nurses who journey through blizzards and floods, tearful parents who face many all-night vigils and the young patients themselves, enduring challenges from wheezing to missing limbs.
