
Edmund R. Folsom, Esq.
Edmund R. Folsom is a 1979 graduate of The University of Maine, Orono, and a 1984 graduate of the University of Maine School of Law. Ed was an assistant district attorney and later the deputy district attorney for Cumberland County, Maine, before establishing a solo practice, in Portland, Maine, in 1995.
From 1999 to 2012, Ed practiced criminal defense law at The Boulos Law Firm, in Saco, where he represented many hundreds of people charged with OUI in Maine’s district and superior courts and before hearings examiners of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. From 1996 to 2002, he was a member of the board of directors of the Maine Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
He is husband to his genius wife of 32 years, Lauren, and the father of two genius daughters, Shannon and Alison, and currently practices criminal defense/OUI defense, in Biddeford, Maine.
