Maine OUI Law: 2016 Edition (PDF Download)

The Maine OUI Handbook is a reference book designed specifically for the state of Maine, revised in 2016. It is not a how-to or a trial technique book. †It is primarily an attempt to pull together, in one place, citations to and summaries of cases, statutes and rules that are important to issues commonly encountered in OUI practice.

The book addresses these issues in the order in which they are encountered in a typical OUI case. †Maine OUI Law is the first attempt to cover this ground. †It has proven to be a useful practice manual for attorneys handling Maine OUI cases.
